Lost in a dream where the world is painted in shades of blue and gold, I find myself once again beneath the waters of Tyre — a place that has a way of touching the soul like no other. Every dive feels like opening a new chapter of life, written not in words but in the graceful movements of the sea’s creatures.

On this particular dive, the Mediterranean gifted me moments I will never forget. A stingray glided across the sandy bottom with effortless elegance, while a baby green turtle peeked curiously from the seagrass. Soon after, a majestic loggerhead turtle passed by, carrying with it the ancient wisdom of the ocean.

The waters shimmered with schools of sweeper fish, their silver bodies moving as one, while catfish searched the seabed with quiet persistence. Out of the blue, a magnificent eagle ray spread its wings, soaring through the water like a bird in slow motion. I drifted with the gentle rhythm of jellyfish, translucent and timeless, before witnessing the fragile wonder of a baby loggerhead turtle — a rare and powerful reminder of why we must protect our seas.

Each encounter leaves me humbled and grateful. These creatures, from the smallest sweeper fish to the great loggerhead, are part of a delicate web of life that has survived for centuries but now faces growing threats.

As I surface, the golden light of Tyre greets me, and I carry with me the quiet voices of the sea. This journey is not just mine — it’s an invitation. Join me in Tyre, and together, let’s experience the magic, the mystery, and the profound beauty that still thrives beneath the waves of Lebanon.
