Rawan Jamal is a marine biologist dedicated to studying marine biodiversity and ecosystems along Lebanon’s coast. She works on projects that combine scientific research with conservation planning, including the establishment of Marine Protected Areas and fisheries sustainability initiatives. Rawan holds a Master’s degree in Marine Biology and Ecology and collaborates with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to translate research into practical solutions for coastal conservation.
